In 1999 I started karting. Once I reached the age of 4 I got a 'puffo' from my parents, a puffo is a small kart for children between the ages 4 and 7. In 2002 at the age of 7 the Knaf awarded me my karting diploma and thats when I started doing clubmatches in the mini league on the circuit of Strijen. I drove there untill I reached the age of 10. After that I promoted to the junior ranking, first the 100cc aircooled and after that the aircooled KF3. I drove 3 years in total there, after 3 years I moved on to the Rotaxmax DD2 where I continued to drive for 2 years and came out for the Papagayo Racingteam. Early 2011 I moved over to autosport and debuted in the North Europese Championship Formual Renault 2.0 at Amersfoort Racing. The last 2 races I came out for KTR in the Europese Championship Formula Renault 2.0. In 2012 I drove voor Manor MP motorsport where I took part in the North Europese Championship and the Europese Championship. In 2013 I drove for MP motorsport in the AutoGP. After the AutoGP I moved on the the World Series by Renault 3.5 in 2014, I throve there for the Spanish Pons Racing. Because of the results I was approached by Lotus. In 2015 I will drive for Lotus in the World Series by Renault.
